We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. If a product does not fit or live up to your expectations, we are happy to help.
To return a purchase your items must meet the following conditions:
- Merchandise must be returned within 14 days
- Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed
- Merchandise must have all original tags attached
- Please note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable
- Please enclose your order confirmation
- please print a Return Form and enclose it to your return order.

Our returns policy gives you the right to return any item until 14 days after you have received your order. If you, for any reason, wish to return your items, please return the item in the same state as you received it. We reserve the right to reject any item if it is damaged or in any way can’t be resold.
All returned items must not be worn, altered or washed and must have all tags attached.
Exchanges & Claims
In order to serve you most efficiently, we no longer offer merchandise exchanges in the traditional sense. You will get the right size or colour fastest if you simply place a second order. Once we receive your return, we will credit your account.
All traded goods are covered by the Danish Sale of Goods Act including a two-year right to complaint. The warranty does not cover items that are a defect due to damage, improper use, lack of maintenance or normal wear and tear.

Exchanges at the Legends Store
Items bought online at www.legends.dk can be exchanged in our store. If you want to return a product bought online in our stores, the refund will be credited within 7 days at your preferred bank account. Please bring a printed version of the receipt you received via email when you placed your order.
Your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 2 business days as soon as we have received your goods in our office. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Legends.
We are responsible for return shipping costs if we have sent a wrong or defective item. Otherwise, it is on your own account.
